![]() No one product works for everyone. There are a million different supplements out there, and more entering the marketplace every day. We all wonder if we’re getting what we need in our diet and what supplements we should take to ensure our well-being. Some people question if supplements even work at all. Many companies have flashy labels and claims, but do not deliver on quality. We often look to natural methods to see if anything will ease our current symptoms which can seems like a shot in the dark. Some products work for some people, but not for others. So how can we know what to take? Have you heard of muscle testing? If you do not know much about muscle testing, except that it looks pretty hokey at first glance, then you might look deeper. This valued assessment method when done properly, is a valuable way to find what works for your body. Muscle testing ensures that the body and supplements are in agreement and the regimen can be the most effective. The way muscle testing works is complex at best and has many variables. One explanation is from an energetic or electrical standpoint. The body’s life force energy can be seen as a flow of energy, or electricity. A supplement also has its own energy. The question is, does the energy of the supplement enhance or hinder your body’s flow of healthy energy? In my practice, I use muscle testing along with other methods to find the right herb or complex for an individual. I also muscle test remotely where I tune into your body’s energy and find the right match for you. It is extremely accurate, and time tested. Individuals can learn to do a self-assessment version that is very helpful and more accurate than choosing the product from a commercial, or because a friend said it worked for them. Let’s work together to optimize your supplements, tailor them to your individual issues and constitution and show you how to do some self-assessment.
