Checking in with yourself regularly on basic levels promotes balance.

Ask yourself -
If checking in and making corrections doesn't resolve the imbalance, the other thing to check is available resources. Is the source of stress from more outflow than inflow of resources? This doesn't have to be money, it could be time, energy, or abilities. When resources seem unavailable, it is time to get resource-ful. What do you have to work with and what resources can you ask for, generate, and create?
Sometimes we have made every effort and still cannot find balance or relief. It may be time to ask for help. As much as we hate to do it, sometimes asking for help is necessary. We live on a planet with billions of other people - maybe one reason is to help one another, not try to go at it all by ourselves.
Asking for help gives others an opportunity to connect, feel needed and useful. And there are many amazing professionals that coach, counsel and advise others.
