Side of the week - Green Lentil Salad - high protein salad of lentils w/onion, bell pepper, sundried tomatoes, celery and tasty vinaigrette dressing. Or, cool off with a bowl of cucumber salad, coleslaw, beet salad, or GF pasta salad.
My family recipe slaw is super tasty and savory, not sweet. All dishes including pasta salad are gluten free :)
